Man that one was rough to watch any major information the guy asked her a question of any significance she was like no, well maybe, well yes, well no but yes omg she was all over the place 😅

All of the "it depends" scenarios just emphasises how important it is to have a coach and if you cannot afford one then you better get good at knowing yourself and how to program. Group programming can be rough to follow when you become narrow minded into thinking you need to do everything thats written. Chances are you'll end up like me with a broken back.

Watching the third guy on the right was disturbing. His huge ego made him choose an excessive weight and prevented him from readjusting early on. He took up so much space, with lots of mindless walking and dropping the bar behind him causing a huge potential danger to the man on the far right. All of these bahaviours are strictly forbidden at our gym, I'm disappointed that the coaches failed to comment on it. Young man, humility is the game of this game and you know it.

In the “it” thing as well you could have every single thing they mentioned and there is still a good change you don’t make it to the games
@maxel-hag4389Күн бұрын
that is true. it's a tough thing to do to make the games as an individual
@perrinbehr9436Күн бұрын
I think the argument is if you don’t have the “it” you won’t make the games. I.e. it’s a prerequisite, but it absolutely does not guarantee anything

Real question. In a devils press are you allowed to jerk under it? If yes, why wouldn’t it be called a devils jerk? Similar to a push press vs push jerk.

Devil Press was a street parking term. It got notoriety when WZA did the group programming thing with all the camps for the qualifier. I think the workout was devil press and DB box step ups

I would say those last 3 ring muscle ups were no reps in a comp - so great feed back to tighten those up 👍🏻
