The filler migration in your lips is so ridiculous. This client's skin looks terrible. Man, I don't do any of this crap because it just causes more harm than good. You shouldn't need to squeeze stuff out of your skin. That is *not* fucking normal. When was this becoming normalized? You know causing inflammation causes aging? Every time you make it red IT IS AGEING. You're an idiot Nerida KillJoy

Such nonsense. A person only needs a cleanser a moisturizer, RETINOIDS and SPF.3x weekly at most exfoliation. You;re a money grubbing...No one needs Your gobbledygook irritating oils laden crap.

Hi Nerida, Is the collagen mask you use in this video the same as the Rejuvi Facial Firming Mask? I don't see the powder format form on the shop skincare. Also I want to say that you are amazing and I have learned so much from you. Thank you

I've seen several articles that state that apple cider vinegar is good in treating candida because it has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.

Beautiful facial. NuFace is probably an ok device for many people but their gel is full of bad ingredients. After only 5 days of using it it damaged my skin to the point that I ended up in an Emergency Room and my skin is not sensitive and I don't have allergies. It took 6 weeks for my skin to look normal.

Thank you so much for this knowledge. I'm a teenager who has been struggling with this type of pimples. I have always thought that my combination skin was a problem, but I tried every facial product possible for treating this, but they never left. I eat a lot of eggs, peanut butter, fatty fish and diary because of protein, so it totally makes sense. I will definitely stop eating those because I'm tired of this little bumps. 🙏

@AlexSmith21388Ай бұрын
Pretty much any processed foods, seed oils, dairy, bread, foods high in saturated fats like bacon and sausage, you should try and eat eggs and spinach because they have vitamins in them that help with acne and oil control and really try and stick to Whole Foods and avoid dairy and you’ll be good took me like 1-2 years to learn everything I did so reply if you got any other questions I’ll help if I know about it

Hi Nerida. I love these videos so much. If I could start another career right now in my sixties, I would become an aesthetician and learn from you. I have learned so much about caring for my skin, just by watching your videos. My question is about the disposable sponges. I bought some for travel, as I can be reactive to the strong chemicals /fragrance they use to wash hotel linens. The ones I bought claimed to be very soft...wow, they are not soft at all. Do you have a brand you recommend? Thank you so much! (Using a non-foaming cleanser has been the best change ofr my skin. Wow.)

So interesting, Narida. I learned a lot. On the issue of facelifts, or any invasive procedures, as someone in her 60s who spent much of her forties and fifties having g surgeries for cancer and its domino effects, I know for a fact that anytime we cut and enter the body it has long lasting, irreversible effects. I am so very happy to age and have wrinkles and everything else. I’ve earned it all. And I can take exquisite care of my skin with gentle AHAs and very gentle mixed molecule retinols and beautiful cleaning and hydrating and moisturising, and protective spf, and my skin can be glowing and soft and radiant wrinkles and all. Love your approach and look forward to trying your products.
