My nature walks breathing, arm movements and whosa have been good centering times....a large bird leaving its lower space increased my heart beat and made me smile and think of times with you and the gang.....good times were had by all and are missed!

Looking well Charles. I miss you, do you guys still do Kai Chi Do at Anderson Park and if so what time, I am going to start coming? If there are any other times you do that let me know, I am also considering doing the advanced program so I can teach it myself. I like doing it at home, but I notice I get can feel the energy a lot stronger in groups and nature. Namaste
