Great video! FYI, the length is 36’8”, not 34’ as stated at the end of the video. Not an issue, but about 4’ longer than the other Europa floorplans.

I see a design flaw. All four doors above the bed open in the same direction. That pretty much makes the two doors on the left unusable.

Why is that none of the people who showcase RVs with slide outs, show what the unit looks like on the inside with the slides in? Can we see how much room we have to work with on the road? I know that may too much to ask. But it would be nice. No one does it!!

I agree with you. Another KZbin video showed the DX3 34KD and showed it with the slides. In. Fully able to walk front to rear with room so on this unit it is not bad at all. In the Europa or DX3 it's my favorite floorplan.

There's easily room to walk front to back when slides are in. Only thing not 'usable' with them in is the bottom drawers in bedroom wardrobe area. I'd say there is 1.5 to 2 ft of area all the way down center. My family will go back and get drinks out of refrigerator while we are running down interstate, same goes for them using the restrooms. Only times we stop is when I need to empty my tank. :)

I like the floor plan, flat floor slides, curved shower door, lithium, and solar, among other things. I would have ordered this as an all-electric coach in the 4WD M2-106 chassis. I was surprised to see corrosion showing above the Victron controllers at 16:10. Not good on a brand-new coach. Having said that, this is a really nice coach that would be perfect for towing a boat.

We have been using this floor plan for almost 3 years now, really like it. I'm not sure that's corosion either, may just be insulation over spray, the spray foam stuff they use is yellowish.

I contacted Dynomax and they said you cannot get it in four-wheel drive , they used to offer it but they don't offer it now !

@@jackdougherty139 Freightliner does make the M2 in a 4WD chassis. Showhauler uses them as did a recent build by SLRV who imported a US client's truck, finished it and then sent it back to the USA. So it is available for the RV market but not in use by Dynamax. Kind of ironic considering they are calling this coach an "Explorer". In reality, it's not meant for getting off the pavement.

If you want all electric the Europa is not for you anyway. This line is more for those getting into a Super C from a Class C and may or may not need to spend a lot of time out at once. DX3 starts to offer all-electric with Aquahot boiler. As for 4WD, the demographic that is buying these will never use it or will not understand the limitations and go get stuck. Showhauler offering it is a whole different level of coach and price point. Personally I never understood the obsession of a Super C with 4x4 in the US to begin with. I get it for other countries but here to me the use is limited but each person has a different idea of what they want.

@@duncanjames914 Yeah apparently when Forest River bought Dynamax they wanted to streamline their build process and discontinued the four-wheel drive version . Now for someone who's hauling a race car trailer or a boat and you may be in a grassy field somewhere that gets wet or you need to pull a boat up a wet ramp or possibly some other less than ideal situation it would be nice . Basically they are not customizable , a couple of package options is it .

It is supposed to be a barn door style, they've been doing that for multiple years, I really like the looks of that feature in our 2021 Dynaquest XL 34KD. It's 'retro'.

I love luxury RVs but this King Aire is just way too shinny. I would go dark gray matte exterior with black matte covering the chrome areas, need more non-shinny wood cabinets and flooring interior. 🤓

Those 41" tires have a top speed limit of 68 mph....but they now a tire option for up to 81 mph. Just something to consider if you plan to do a lot of hwy driving.

I don't understand the point having to have an outside TV on an off grid RV of this caliber. So you are out in the middle of nowhere USA or Canada and you still have to keep up with your shows? If that's the case, why bother leaving your local KOA?

Its a great vehicle, the only thing id change about it is getting rid of this dang LP cooktop and putting in an induction setup. If im going to be off-grid, id rather be running electrical/diesel for my vehicle and appliances. Elsewise, this is a solid build!
