So in layman’s terms, the chassis is like testosterone in any good steroid cycle? You need that good base to add your ancillaries to.

Yes sir. The chassis is test. The barrel is tren. The scope is dianabol. It's pretty easy to understand.

if the chassis is the backbone then the barrel is the penis ?

Hey Corey, New to this channel and what you guys do. Thanks for breaking down information and your thought process into digestible chunks, it's tough for people like myself who are new to long distance shooting and you make the idea of it more manageable. Stay hard.

Awesome video! I’m trying to learn this for bow hunting. How do you guys avoid rattlesnakes while crawling through tall grass? They are all over the places I hunt.

great info video. not trolling. 1 question if dealing with humans and doing a long crawl to objective whats best way of not leaving the obvious trail of crushed vegetation. is there a way of making it less obvious ?
@coreyrobinson0317

Stand by for a long winded answer to a great question. At the end of the day, you cannot completely eliminate the fact you just drug your body across the ground. You can manipulate your impact on the environment by correcting crushed vegetation or using a branch to "rub" out spots on gravel, clean dirt, sand, etc. These areas where tracking is "easy" are referred to as "spore traps". "Spore" is essentially the trail or tracks you leave behind in any environment. The best solution, in my opinion, is try to travel in areas that no one is going to look. If i don't want someone to track me or find me, I take the hardest, shittiest, most god forsaken path in the hopes of that being a deterrent in itself. Stay hard, choose the hard path.
@marleneball8498
@marleneball8498 Жыл бұрын
“Slug trails” can be mitigated from observation by moving in your direction then moving at an angle for some feet then cutting back so you have a lighting bolt type pattern when viewed from above. This prevents an observer from finding the trail and following it to the end and dropping a mortar on you. This doesn’t help with a tracker though. Booby traps and the appearance of booby traps are best to slow trackers. Avoid leaving a “rabbit trail” this is veg from your kit that has fallen off during your stalk or discarded as you reveg for another area.

From their website... "Tactical Concealment is a Berry Amendment Compliant producer. Made in USA." In regards to choosing the right size, always go one to two sizes up if you plan to put it on over kit or thick clothing. For snowy environments, I would recommend overwhites with woodland bottoms. Obviously, in tundra/full snow, go with full overwhites for top and bottom.

@@coreyrobinson0317 Bingo; I do use the white top with a camo bottom. I ordered the largest hood that 3 different companies produced. I ended up just keeping a the cheapest one (since the quality was the same between them) and altering the size to accommodate me. Thanks for your response.

Correct. During this break in, there was zero cleaning. Before shooting, a ran a wet and some dry patches to remove any possible debris from the new barrel.
