This is great information for someone suffering from long covid. Can this also help my husband who doesn’t have that but when he gets a cold or something, he coughs for weeks after. Wondering if something like this can help him out?

This episode was a little different than the others. I appreciated Dr. Dummar pulling the conversation back to remedies to stress as much as he could to help us know how to cope with and reduce stress in our lives. I can’t imagine how much stress law enforcement goes through on a daily basis, and I completely agree there needs to be resources to help them cope with it. I was glad to hear that there have been improvements in that area from the years past. I am always on a journey to avoid, reduce and better cope with stress in my own life, because I have been learning more about elevated cortisol levels and how unhealthy that can be. Life can be stressful for sure, even for those of us who are not in law enforcement but I know there are things we can do daily to help us avoid, reduce and cope with stress to help us to be and stay healthy.

I loved this podcast and really resonated with all of the information I learned. Some of these foods I am already eating, but I learned new ones to add to my daily diet. Everything made so much sense the way Dr. Dummar explained it. I recently had my blood panel and I know one thing I need to do is work to eliminate inflammation or oxidative stress, as I learned it is, from my body to improve overall health. I have been on a health journey for a few years now and these podcasts have been so very helpful to learn more and help sense of some things I have already been doing.

I just had my second ozone treatment this morning. The first one was incredible, it was the breathing one, just like the one you are showing on the podcast, and it left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. The one I had today was the endonasal treatment and I am so impressed with how clear my sinuses have been all morning since I had it done. My sinuses have been inflamed for years, and its euphoric to have them truly cleared up and be able to breath so clearly.

I really had no idea just fully encompassing chiropractic care is. I have been regularly using it for the past couple of years, but recently found Dr. Dummar and this very informative podcast. Thanks for helping me understand more about the benefits of complete chiropractic care and how I can use it to improve my overall health.

I have now had my first couple of acupuncture treatments. I was really relaxed but did have a spot with some mild discomfort (not at a needle point-but an area that was being affected by the treatment). Dr. Dummar explained that this was one of the pathways which I had some stagnation so it was actually improving that. I am looking forward to continuing my treatments. Enjoyed the podcast with great visual information, thanks for doing these informative podcasts.

Great podcast, loved hearing about some of the benefits of acupuncture again. Dr. Dummar talked a little about how it can help with nausea as well as many other things, but I wondered if it can help with dizziness associated with motion sickness?

Great discussion on some important basics of healthy living. One question though, what about natural sugars, organic ancient grain such as Kamut flour and raw diary? I avoid refined sugars, flour and diary, but opt for the natural options.

I think the after this NATO summit speech today, there will be a SIGNIFICANT move by the dem party and media to push Biden out. I'd be pissed if I were a dem voter. They stole a real primary from you with this coverup

Why do most experts seem to be afraid to say this until only after it's obvious to everyone (It actually has been for some time). Seems like they are stuck in groupthink and afraid of getting criticized with "YOU'RE HELPING TRUMP!" (By being objective and honest). Kinda over experts coming out only after there is no "risk" and the marching orders are already given by dem establishment (only because polling is now very poor btw).

It’s been obvious for years now. I lost my father to Alzheimer’s. Anyone who has been through this journey can see what’s going on. The middle stage can last quite a while. Years in fact. This is so depressing. What the heck. He doesn’t realize he’s sick. The people around him trying to hide this and cover for him make me sick. Elder abuse.
@awill3454

I wouldn’t call it elder abuse. It’s not like they’re carting him out on stage against his will. Biden refuses to step aside. Jill and Hunter ought to be ashamed for enabling him though.

Thanks for this information. I'm a 62 y.o. 4'11" bookeeper. The pounds have been creeping on for the past 20 years and especially the past 5. I've slowed down because of serious knee pain (deteriorated cartilage) causing mobility issues. This year I ended up on blood pressure medication and I'm really concerned about insulin resistance because I'm clinically obese. I turned to Ozempic, taking my first dose just days ago. My research coincides with what you've shared here, but you've added so much more. I didn't want the quick fix, but it sure looks appealing. I'm still on the fence on whether I'll continue. I can't help but thinking using it as a kick start the put a dent in the BMI and weight might be worth it in the short-term. So far only a slight headache and a bit of nausea. Anything worse and I'm done. Going to check out more of your work. Thanks again!

@@bewellnowpodcast my insurance declined coverage. I guess I'll finish up with the sample from my doctor and call it a day. Guess it's okay if I become a diabetic first instead of heading it off at the pass. That's a sad state of affairs. Sick care, not health care.

TLDR: While Ozempic may offer weight loss benefits, the focus should be on addressing the root causes of obesity and type 1 diabetes through lifestyle changes and proper support, rather than relying solely on medication. 00:00 ⚠ Ozempic is a weight loss drug with potential dangers and side effects, marketed to exploit vulnerabilities, and there are concerns about its widespread prescription and ethical considerations in the pharmaceutical industry. 04:44 🚫 Ozempic can aid weight loss but there is a rising issue of obesity and type 1 diabetes in young children due to insulin resistance and sedentary lifestyle in the US, exacerbated by convenience and processed foods. 08:58 🚫 Ozempic slows down digestion and metabolism, leading to muscle wasting and overeating nutrient-depleted processed foods, but the real issue is the convenience lifestyle of consuming highly processed foods and drinks. 14:00 🚫 Ozempic can cause severe digestive issues, and it's important to acknowledge and address the side effects of medications. 15:53 🚫 Ozempic for weight loss is expensive, can decrease metabolism, and has potential side effects on gut health, digestion, and cardiovascular conditions, but with the right support and lifestyle changes, weight control is possible. 21:17 ⚠ Ozempic has potential side effects including thyroid C cell tumors, but may still be considered in rare circumstances with proper support and guidance, so make decisions with the best information available. 23:46 💡 Implementing healthy lifestyle strategies like checking metabolic health, regular exercise, and proper breathing is more effective for weight regulation than quick but not ideal options like Ozempic and liposuction. 26:13 🚫 Implementing simple dietary changes, engaging in physical activity, and investing in long-term health through medicine herbs and metabolic panels can support weight loss and overall health.

I've been a high level quadriplegic for 38 years and dealt with pressure sores off and on the whole time. I'm so glad I discovered ozone oil to treat pressure sores. No more laying in bed four weeks at a time to heal not to mention the numerous skin flap surgeries I've had to have. Ozone heals wounds so fast. And if I feel like I'm getting a UTI I just drink ozone water for a few days and everything clears up. It's amazing!!!!!!
