This is incredibly late, but if you see this, do you still recommend these? And if you do, if I’m 5’8”, how long should I get one?
@DryFire52 жыл бұрын
They were the longest lasting sabers I purchased. Unfortunately they no longer work,tes I 100% recommend them for the price. For a single hilt I prefer the longer blades. However with a double bladed saber I swap them out for the shorter ones. I would hit the ground to much with the long blades.
@MasterOfZa.2 жыл бұрын
@@DryFire5 can you switch between single bladed and double bladed or do you have to buy it separately also can you change the color

what can i use besides a heat gun?
@DryFire53 жыл бұрын
Anything that can get hot enough to burn the burlap. A heat gun works best though.

Ok. Around 2:54, something comes into view, hanging right behind the front steps. It appears to be three (?) "sticks" hanging from chains. What could they be??

Great video 10/10 Edit: I got all the materials ready but probably only have 2 attempts at it so I dont wanna ruin it, I'll either upload or comment again how it turned out. The main problem rn is trying to see how its gonna fit my face, I may use a cloth mask and glue it around the mask so that if it does stick to it it shouldn't be too much of a problem since it will protect me for the itching Edit 2: I started and am liking it so far. It took me a while to get use to hot glue but good so far

I have heard nothing bad about SaberForge until this video. You sound like you are trying to beat the hell out of someone with your saber so im not surprised you break blades so easily. No offense but I wouldnt want to duel with you... im not trying to break my friends sabers when I have fun.
@DryFire56 жыл бұрын
Erai 559 I have been dueling with my brothers and friends for a long time and have never gotten a complaint of being to rough. Sorry you assumed I am to aggressive. My Ultrasabers have been able to take a harder beating then both of the Saberforge I have reviewed. I am not trying to down one company over another. I am only giving everyone my experience.
@erai55956 жыл бұрын
DryFire5 the length of your blade probably has a lot to do with it as well. One of the reasons why I prefer a shorter blade. I can't disagree that the emitter on the ultra saber looks guranteed to be sturdy.
@DryFire56 жыл бұрын
Erai 559 the length might add some stress to the blade. But my brother purchased a SF with a shorter blade and it has the same issue as mine.
@erai55956 жыл бұрын
DryFire5 that really sucks to hear considering SF is expensive. Im waiting on a SF Disciple Shoto. Hopefully the custom thick walled polycarbonate blade I bought from Ripper Blades makes a difference. I'll keep you posted. Maybe we can help people resolve that issue.
@DryFire56 жыл бұрын
Erai 559 I agree. Thanks for your input.

are you using 32" blades or the 36"?
@DryFire57 жыл бұрын
The blades in this video are 32".
@codyng51187 жыл бұрын
DryFire5 great video man. I just got the 24" and I think they might be a bit short. Jumped from the standard 36 down to the 24". Do you have a duel wielding video as well?

Cody Ng I do not have a video of duel wielding yet. But I am planning on making tutorial videos for you guys on how to get good smooth spins.

The only issue I find with a staff sabre is the hilt length. It is far too long to honestly be practical, and since I opted for a smaller blade on my Phantom V2 it feels more like one of those Inquisitor Shoto Staffs. I prefer to separate the staff and just dual wield Dominix V2s instead.
@DryFire57 жыл бұрын
Staff sabers are not for everyone. But I prefer a longer hilt because it gives you more control and area to roll with.
@nerdpunk89227 жыл бұрын
I can't decide between an ultrasabers saber and a saberforge saber...I guess all I really care about is blade durability more than anything since I'm wanting a stunt saber.
@vennyz237 жыл бұрын
I can do this and I am only ten but I do practice every day
@gingersabre72897 жыл бұрын
NinjaBoy 187 I'm thirteen but I am better with a single sabre, just watch one of my videos.
@nerdpunk89227 жыл бұрын
between an ultrasabers blade and a saberforge blade which one is better for dueling would you say?
@DryFire57 жыл бұрын
Matthew Leifson I had better luck with my Ultrasabers than my Saberforge.
@nerdpunk89227 жыл бұрын
DryFire5 really? there's been a lot of people saying saberforge blades were better...I was probably gonna go with ultrasabers just because I like the simpler hilt design and after being in contact with them for months I really like their customer service.
@DryFire57 жыл бұрын
Matthew Leifson I am aware people have had better luck with SF then me. But so far 2 of my SF blades have broken within a week of getting them. Where as my US has lasted me years.
@nerdpunk89227 жыл бұрын
DryFire5 that's awesome I'm definitely going with ultrasabers.
