So fucking sick. Daily driving an old outback wagon myself rn and this video will be in my thoughts on my commute for years probably. Thanks for that

Amazing video. Keep it up! It's ok to take your time with things. Life does get in the way and you still are doing my dream car build rn and making it easier for other people too. Thank you!

Yo! I had a turbo one of these one of these for about 2 years and drifted it without an issue both in the wet and dry until i crashed it. So much fun! I'd strongly recommend not clutch kicking at all. Like at all. I found momentum and handbrake worked. Come in hot, get on the handbrake and try drive it out. Also some real cheap mods you can do for lock and caster which makes drifting a hell of a lot easier if you decide to stick with the chassis

i want to see what broke inside the diff. when i had an r160 in my sf5 forester with however much power it made (most likely nowhere near stock power due to it not being maintained properly) i never broke the diff at all and it was always the axles. when i ran an r160 i had an axle kill count of 4. 2 stock forester axles then 2 cardone wrx wagon axles.

The plates I welded broke, user error I guess

@@Streetstylegarage. guess so. have you decided to stick to drifting a subaru or are you switching chassis?

hello! when you pulled the front shaft did you cover up the holes on the motor side?
@Streetstylegarage.7 ай бұрын
No you don’t need to, they are just a spline with a pin to hold them in, the front diff is a sealed unit, so just take out the shafts and good to go
