What a fabulous interview. Love the learning curve in the "outdoors" doing the bush craft, and then the wondering about the people on this planet.

Freshta, I first saw you on the video of Nowzad dog rescue. I could see your strength & sense of purpose. Now, watching you here & your own plight is inspiring for women all over the world. Thank you for being a beacon of light & strength! God bless you & am saying prayers for things to change. I can imagine the rage & can see how you are turning it into positive. Keep moving & keep up the courage! If there’s anything an American woman like me to do, pls let me know. God bless you🫶🏻🙏

So, Ive looked for just one real image from 'space' but can't seem to find one. Not a single real image but don't worry, nothing going on here at all.

An old time English Engineer, 77. One would have some worries I'm sure about the temperature difference between South Africa and -60C. Hydraulics especially must have been a great concern. I would imagine the sealing arrangement was quite exotic. I'm a bit behind times now on things, but surely the hydraulic oil must be like Tate and Lyle's Golden Syrup. I am not criticizing, far from it. Our country is not as it once was thanks to a certain countries gold, money and land grab during the war. Skint before the war, the richest afterwards. Sorry about that bit, but it does get up my nose.

She absolutely deserves this medal because she is working 24h/7 on clima! And she still have time to share her experiences with normal people like me! I had the real honor to meet her and talk to her was a very amazing experience! She like pressed a button in my head and now I'm very much more interested in clina change. I'm following her on istantgram and her videos are amazing! I absolutely agree with her that scientists has to be on social media, so people like me can be conscious about what's happening and what our politicians are deciding for us. A very big Thanks Dr. Heïdi Sevestre

In 2008, Marcelo da Luz and his XOF1 electric solar car became the first electric vehicle to reach the Arctic. He travelled to the Artic for a second time in 2009. In 2010 Marcelo da luz and his XOF1 electric solar car crossed the longest ice road in the world over the Arctic ocean. It was never plugged in, it only used solar energy. it drove in excess of more than 40,000km around the Americas, setting many world records in the process. In 2010, Imperial College drove an electric car from the north Pole to the south Pole, they drove 26,000km. Chris you may want to contact Marcelo da Luz, he build his own electric car and drove it too. Also you may want to talk to Imperial college to learn from their experience crossing the Americas in their custom build EV. Congrats Chris and Julie, the world need more people like you and Marcelo da Luz, paving the way
