Don't you think in NPS, on maturity our 40 percent corpus is stuck with low yeild (5.5% to 6% ) annuity schemes ? I think this restriction should be immediately removed by government and the investor should have a choice to invest their corpus as per their liking , Please share your views on this aspect . Is there any solution to this problem ?

आप मुंबई का उदाहरण दे रहे हो मैं नांदेड का उदाहरण देता हु 1994 मे हमारे पिताजी ने ₹15000 मे एक प्लॉट लिया था जिसकी किंमत आज 80 लाख अब बोलो कितना पर्सेंट रिटर्न हुआ इक्विटी से ज्यादा ही हुआ ना 30 साल मे इक्विटी से ज्यादा रिटर्न मिला लेकिन हर बार ऐसा मिलेगा इसके कोई गॅरंटी नही होती है मान लिया पर अलग अलग सिच्युएशन अलग अलग प्रॉपर्टी के हिसाब से होता है कभी भी कंपेरिजन नही करना चाहिए चारो और जितना हो सके डायव्हर्सिटी करना चाहिए मेरा मानना है
