I would recommand you to play Photon Kuriboh because this card saves your life against Tenpai and Gimmick Puppet, for 2k LP cost you take no further damage fromall kinds of sources this turn. It's also not worth playing floodgates i rather recommand playing Daruma Canon and Book of Eclipse. I play a bigger Ninja art package myself, i play 1x Freezing, Shadow Sealing and Mirage - Transformation. Freezing because of Tenpai, Mirage because of Gimmick Puppet or Yubel and Shadow Sealing is basically S:P Little Knight that you can use. These cards help alot because Duelist Cup is very rough. Always Tenpai dozens of hand traps, this format sucks especially for Rogou Decks like Ninja.

Ninjas are definitely an interesting archetype! Unfortunately for me, it happens quite often to have a bad hand when I'm going 1st (like Tobari, Green Ninja, Iron Digger/Field spell/Notebook of Mystery and 2 handtraps)! In cases like these I just pray that my opponent doesn't have a way to destroy my face-down Tobari or my set Notebook of Mystery!

Love this strat Highest I've got is Diamond 1, but if I had more time I'd try to get Master like you Recently I've been using Gen & Ken Rune Dragoon and enjoying the heck out of it (Only Plat 1 and DLv17 though)

Personally I don't see it, the fiendsmith engine in the tcg pairs much better than spright for livetwin imo. Spright elf is also banned in tcg

Though to say, as the meta evolved there are more people maiming cards that deal with tenpai, especially ghost ogre. I’ve ran across a couple decks that are running 3 thrust to search either threating roar or d barrier. The thing is playing so many hand traps and board breakers even if you get stopped, you have enough interruptions to stop them

@DuelistVaultMD these new new anti-tenpai techs are more prevalent: - Scythe lock - mostly used by Live-Twins and Yubel - Barrier Statue lock - Chimera can easily special summon this either from GY or banished zone - Secret Village - can be searched quite easily nowadays. Pendulum decks are abusing them the most. - Dimensional Barrier - can still be mitigated by swarming our fields with Tenpai monsters. - Skill Drain - Karma Cannon / Rollback

Oh A kash engine, neat Ever thought about ice jade cradle, ice barrier, water kaju. Cradle searching lv7 ice jade not once pure turn. Ice barrier trap can search the kaju. Plus you can full combo relver with ice barrier. But that kash engine looks neat

Thats a much better synergy for ice barrier! What's nice about the kash engine is its good at bating out interruption and fenny is a great board breaker going second!

replace the prosp and 1 dshifter with either 1 more jack in the hand/thrust/tactics. Thrust is nice because if its live it can get you into one of your other pots, board breakers or harpie feather storm!

In Master Duel they got some new support a few weeks ago that makes them a very competent deck. The big issue is they don't have omni negates so board breakers deal with them easily. It's very fun archetype to play and you can make it to masters rank with them!
