Hey. You are an expert handling the camera; great descriptive shots. I went there in 2015, 2016 and 2017. I had the ocean front corner room 6012 (right side, West ), it was just perfect for the view, to watch sunrise & sunset, with à great corner balcony, and very quiet. The rooms facing the interior court are extremely noisy, like the reception and bar, and corridors. Rooms were basic but confortable and had very good service back then; and the food was wow. I read a lot that lately the hotel has deteriorated, as well as the service and food offering... too bad. The beach was nice, it is volcanic sand and why it is dark. Never had that horse or dog poop problem back than, that's horrible.

I live in a mid-sized city and someone asks me how I am doing niceshopx all the time. It's not annoying but I'm always surprised when they ask

You literally sick my stomach talking about all this. Don't you even have anything better to do than to come here speaking bad about resorts? If you don't like the hotel you could simply find another resort to be comfortable with your problematic self. Not because you don't like this place means that you're gonna speak bad about it so that everyone else gets a bad impression. My advice to you is to simple let these people experience and know the resort for themselves instead of you telling them. Those cockroaches probably crawled out of your suitcase lady. As far as I can see you literally have problems with everything and you let everything be a bother to you. How does your husband even stand you? It's my first time on your channel and it's the first video I've watched and you already got on my nerves. If you're gonna have problems with the resorts it's best to stay home and enjoy your boring house. You're criticizing the resort and your home is probably worse. I planned to go on a trip to this resort in the summer and I'm still going regardless of all the shit that just came out of your mouth. I wanna experience this place for myself and if anyone here agrees with me, they probably won't give a f**k about all that you just pin pointed. Your room looks untidy and so is your face and clothes, and I overheard you said inside the sports bar looked old fashion and check out your clothes lady sigh amma behave myself but as soon as you're ready to respond please let me know coz am all fired up biaaaaaatch🤞

Eating carbs makes your body hold on to a lot of water. Although her starting weight was 128.8lbs, around 4-5lbs of that would have simply been the water her body was holding on to from all the holiday food she had just been eating. The huge drop on her first day is due to the fact that overnight she went from days of very high carb to a much more moderate carb day so that carb water was released from her body. Really her natural weight was around 123lbs to begin with. It was just the water from the holiday food making her scales show 128.8lbs. If someone begins IF from a more moderate starting place they won't experience such dramatic 'weight' (eg water) loss the first day.
