Today I’m pulling for Xilonen. I started the game 15th of october, and I’m at 48 pity. I plan to spend 50 dollars, plus the start bonus that’s 43. I know I’ll get a five star, and if I get her she’ll be my first. I’m HOPING with all my heart and soul she comes home, I’ll update!

Hey I am quite interested in this topic but I have a doubt in the video on your main channel you said that any substat has multipliers from 0.7 to 1% but what if the artifact starts from 2.7% crit rate? Will it be multiplied by 0.7 as well?

The base value of a crit rate substat is 3.9% in game, which is rounded from 3.89% in the code. To get to 2.7% crit rate, the 3.89% is multiplied by 0.7 to get 2.723%, which is rounded to 2.7%. So, the 2.7% crit rate is a result of the 0.7x - 1x multiplier.

@2:18 isn't 8*7.8=62.4? So why is the crit damage main stat only 62.2 when maxed? The theory and math doesn't add up.. or at least in this example or with the numbers given. It should be 7.775 for each max substat roll. Maybe genshin just rounds it off or averages it out so in practice it's 7.8 for 7 rolls and then the 8th roll it is a bit less. But that just sounds complicated for no reason and I don't see why they didn't just make the max crit DMG be 62.4

Crit damage is rounded, the in-game value is 7.77, rounded up to 7.8, and the main stat is 7.77*8 = 62.16, rounded up to 62.2 Edit: as are all the other substats Flat HP: 298.75, Flat ATK: 19.45, ATK%/HP% 5.83, etc.

35%? more like 5% on my main server only counting characters I got early only 2 times, while on 74+ more than 10 times

You have a small sample size, the 0.6% baseline 5 star rate is the clearest piece of data stated in the banner details. No evidence to refute the consolidated odds of ~35.56% to get a 5 star within 73 wishes since the last 5 star. If you get two earlies in a row, then you'd more or less be in line with the average
