i had factory reset my mobile .. i am unable to login becz of authenticator..i can't login in microsoft authenticator app its asking for authenticator code..please help

It’s not even giving me the option to reset my password, it’s just telling me “You can't reset your own password because you haven't registered for password reset.”. None of the options in the video are being shown to me.

I had the same problem. I have emailed CSULB about it, and they told me to remove cache and clear data or something. I did as told and still doesn't work.
