Urban Indians and teens need to stop fast food, restaurant food and other spicy, oily food. There's a need for revival of our local production based local traditional diverse immense nutritional balanced cuisines & recipes and diets that we have in every regions of Bharat. Several locally evolved cuisines & recipes are under threat. And also advocating better hygienic clean, pollution free outside environment so that people can walk literally.

The local government bodies can play an important role (for which reforms for Centralised guidance & oversight is needed too) for clean, green, hygienic roads and outside environment. Indigenous local greeneries shall be flourished. Then automatically many people will be inspired to go outside. And our occupation of fields, playground for construction activities shall be stopped. Polluted outside due to lack of local specialised town & urban planning due corruption from local government bodies is the main reason for staying in home.

Then why Bangladesh don't suffer from such problems? Most Indians don't take their traditional diet. Modern Indians take fast food & street food. Pulses , Soya have a lot of protein but due to poverty most Indians can't take them. Our local dairy and it's products, local fish have good fats. But we are leaving them and going for biryani, extreme spicy Mughal recipes, pizza, burger etc. We need to foster our ayurvedic diet and revive actual traditional varied local diets in every regions.

There is no shortcut to weight loss. One for sure regains weight even after surgery if they do not focus on the right nutrition and exercises. People have successfully lost 20-30 kg & even more with the right approach and maintaining it.
