@@Prompty Even on my 6-core 12-thread CPU it still stutters occasionally. In your case, it's probably a CPU bottleneck. I know exactly what that feels like 'cos before I switched to this AMD one I had an i7-2600K, which was 12-year old CPU. I'm going to upload another video like this with my current graphical settings, inspired by the Benchmark KZbin channel, now it performs the same but looks better in terms of lighting.

I'm glad this humble video helped. I just found a content void on KZbin just before I made this video more than a decade ago.

It could need some work, but at least there's the option unlike so many other games. Like The First Descendant for instance, customization sucks badly.

The graphics card is a Manli Gallardo with a blower-type fan. The cheapest RTX 2060 on the secondhand market. Ambient temp is also not ideal.

Hi. Unfortunately there is no indication on my Nvidia App whether Shadowplay is recording using HEVC (H.265) or AVC (H.264). That is why I set it to the highest bitrate possible to retain quality and render it using HEVC at 66Mbps Constant Bitrate after editing.

It's a CPU bottleneck as this game is fairly taxing on it. I'm still running on an i7-2600K from 2011. It has seen multiple GPU generations throughout its course and still going on and I think this should be the end of it. It's constant 26-40fps with occasional jitters and stutters especially during close quarters and even worse, when the weather on the map is foggy.

I'm practically playing at console-level framerate with an addition of very jumpy frametime. I miss a lot of shots and kills due to this. I'm wondering if anyone is still using a 12-year old processor to play this game besides me.

@@omkarsanas9695 Go for a Ryzen 7500F or Intel's Core i5 14th gen if you got the budget. It would be a fairly futureproof upgrade should you swap the 2070 super with something better in the future.

Perhaps the 5600X is still underpowered for a fps-crunching 4070 Ti, even at 4K. Maybe a i5-13600K would give it more balance.

I believe if I were to have a better CPU in my system it would add another a few tens of fps, 20-30fps maybe.

The 11-year old CPU is really bad for the frametime. I'm experiencing frequent frame dips every so often in many of the modern games I play.

It certainly is, and I can't deny the fact that you can't tune the graphic settings in a way as not to appear bottlenecked. The i7 2600K is indeed showing its age. I would even trade it with a modern Core i3 12th or 13th gen if I could.

I can't help you with anything because we don't know the actual root cause. It may be due to app conflict, or app permission issues. The game is working just fine on my Redmi 10.
