Just happened upon this Shannah and realised it's me from my Jubilee sequence album and my version of Human :). Memories for me as well as played on the QM2 for the world cruise 2013 . The Cunard ballrooms are just wonderful 😊

Always adored dancing this sequence, usually with about twenty other smiling couples forming a big ellipse. We danced it to Beautiful Life by Ace of Base. Would deffo recommend you try it 😊

Such an interesting subculture it's the place between. From the historical perspective it's very English culturally. I do wish these sequence dances were used more for social mixers though within the social dance subculture as they once were to get everyone on the floor and interacting.

Thanks for the tips. I wrote a Bossa Nova track and were filming the (low budget) music video this week in Miami. It will give me an idea of how to move!

This looks very nice, are Cunard doing any more sequence dance cruises?
@sequencedanceuk2 ай бұрын
This was our own private group with morning dance 'taster' workshops. Cunard did work very well with us and provided daily general sequence dancing as well

Thank you both very much. I have finally worked out the promenade walk and the privot turn now. I must admit it has taken me quite awhile to understand how to position myself and my partner. To make it easier I have to put down some cardboard feet to mark the position carefully so my partner can see it much more clearly. I like to thank you again for all the videos on KZbin to keep us going. And wishing you both well.Just may be in some future time we can come to meet you in one of your dancing holiday. Sending you lots of love ❤

This is amazing! Love using your channel to learn dances, would you be able to do the rumba Italia or the daiquiri foxtrot?

@EmilyCard-w2r we've taught them online but they are new winning inventive dances so the copyright does not allow them to be put on public view :)

Good to see. Pity Queen Mary 2 doesn't follow suit with dance hosts like they use to have. Male & female dance host couples do not vut it for solo ladies. No atmosphere on Queen Mary 2 such a shame with a big ballroom.
