Oh hehe, I painted that on my birthday after several glasses of wine so I was in a creative fugue. That being said it's literally all of the brightly colored Contrast Paints (Luxion Purple, Doomfire Magenta, Scorpion Green, Aethermstic Blue, etc) all blended together following the color wheel. So for example, place doomfire magenta, immediately put down luxion purple next to ot and blend where they meet. Then on the other side of the purple put down a blue (Talassad maybe?) and blend where those colors meet.
