There's a song I'm looking for that very much has this tone, but is a little more subdued, and it has what sounds like an effeminate guy singing very softly, and I could swear that a portion of the lyrics go "in my land of make-believe" with clock sounds in the background.

I'm absolutely overwhelmed by all the comments I've received over the past 12 years! ❤ This was a super casual experiment I just "put out there" when I was brand new to music making. It seems to have garnered quite a bit of interest. For the few who have used this song in their videos / performances, I'd love to hear / see them! Do comment with links to your videos! Anyone who still wants to use this song, please feel free to do so! I lost the original mp3 many years ago (sorry, life happened), but I'm planning to recreate this from scratch when I find the time (and create more tracks).
