Understanding Ishikawa/Fishbone diagram is used for root cause analysis and how it's structured will be helpful. Also check out the Pareto Chart (kzbin.info/www/bejne/aV6lg4uQmLKCm6s) so you understand how these tools complement each other. Good luck with your exam.
