Thank you, Namisha. By the way, how hard is it to pronounce, Namisha? Na-Me-Sha, easy as.

I love this one so much Nimi! Going through this recently and yes, absolutely believe in 7 year cycles. My life is a proof that these exist. Let go off a lot of growth hindering and heart breaking relationships after holding on until the day I just got up and walked away. I am in awe of the woman I’m becoming. I truly believe when a cycle ends toxicity starts creeping in slowly so that we will either let it go before it gets to the doomsland or transform it. Spiritually washing away all past cycles with intentionality helps me rewire my brain with the least effort. I go hard into my practices, almost like diving in with eyes shut and believing that the one ☝️ I worship will renew my soul.

As you mentioned, forms of bullying- the first thing that pops up in my mind is a relative bullying me by phone conversations ,that leads me to a extremely unsettling mind .. what do you suggest grow a thick skin out of respect & courtesy, confront or block them ? Grappling with all these options, need help

Loved this, you two are so real 💗 I started studying the Gita because of Rhadi and found a great channel that explains it according to Paramahansa Yogananda. One thing I woul really be grateful for is if Radhi could show us how she meditates (the mantras, breathing etc..) because it’s easy to get lost in so many various techniques! Or if she could direct us to some tutorial approved by her guru 💜

I’ve been dealing w the exact same thing! Been stuck at home for more than a year now and unable to go back to the country I lived in. But seeing how you overcame it, just makes me have so much faith in the fact that everything’s gonna be okay. Sending lots of love 🙏🏽💙

I was worried what u were going to say ... but your thoughts are so balanced and all u say makes sense. Children are a blessing but you are bringing life on earth so you have to be in the right frame of mind for sure. 🙌🏼👍🏼

Going through this too - an extra dimension for sure is that some of us just don't want to have kids, and that should be okay! It's a huge responsibility and life change that I'm not necessarily willing to go through just so my parents can be grandparents! Great episode :)

It’s not often I say this but this episode really was thought provoking. Even my generation went through this dilemma - ‘my head doesn’t believe but I had to follow traditions’ we were so confused. Which society did we really belong in!? So so good that the new generations are finally voicing themselves. Cannot be more proud of you. Xxx

Nimi! ✨ This helped me come to such an obvious conclusion, that didn’t seem so obvious until I heard you say it out loud. Thank you so much for this, it’s made me learn so much about myself and who I am/want myself to be (also started the creation of a whole poem!) I love the authenticity and how raw/emotional it felt to talk things through ❤️ Lots of love hun (from a fellow ‘new species’ South African- indian) 😆❤️
