Have I mentioned how much I dislike "robots"; reading with mispronounced words and a lack of emotion behind the video are just the start. Automatic Downvote and I stop watching.

We had and hunted five and without doubt the most intelligent dogs we have owned although a chocy lab was by far the best dog I have ever owned in the lasr 65yrs.

I love them so much, that I'm going to maintain their best interest at heart, and not do the selfish thing and try to find one for a pet.

They can be good with babies and young children. I got my first Vizsla when he was 8 weeks old. My grand daughter was born a week later and lived with me until she was 4 years old. They were best friends. Did everything together. Eat, sleep, play. He was always very gentle with her. As a baby crawling on the floor she could take a bone right out of his mouth. And when he and my other dog would play fight/roughhouse in the living room she could be toddling right through the middle of that tornado and they'd never touch her. And honestly we never really trained him to be gentle with her. It was like instinct, like he just knew.

You cannot provide sufficient enrichment and care for an animal such as this. Do not EVER keep a galago as a pet. You are supporting wild poaching and the destruction of wild populations and habitats. They also urinate all over their hands and feet to mark their territory when they travel around. You do not want this animal as a pet.

First 2 years I thought I couldn't live with mine. Very demanding with regards to activity and play. If you want peace and quiet don't get a vizsla. Around age 2 she slowed a bit but still needs 2 hours of high energy activity a day or she will drive me nut in many ways.

What a nice and informative video! Our neigbour had a Basset when I was young and I walked her regulary after school. There is a hint of stubbonnesss in this breed but with the right attitude and a positive approach to the dog this does not matter. You do need a teflon coat to resist their look....🤣

except for the fact that mine is not very energetic because he's old, you're really describing my tibetan terrier to a t. he's great with kids and other animals but also quite reserved and watchfull without ever being aggressive. he doesn't respond well to discipline, if he gets bored he'll find something to do or let himself out for a walk. but don't ever dare go out without him. he hates being alone. i'd say if you want a dog that is very independent AND clingy at the same time the tt is the perfect companion for you :D
