Thank you for this. Arthur Kingston was my mother’s brother. Their mother was actually French not welsh to my knowledge. I remember visiting his lab where he showed me his false eye collection in 1965.

John bedford leno is my great x grandad on my mums side. I have all his books and i often listen to the poems people have put on KZbin hence finding this new video.I love the song that has been made from his poem. I resonate with him so much in our thoughts. I am from Weston super mare born in Basingstoke.

We had a great tour with Evan. He’s very knowledgable, has lots of photographs and information, and really made the site come alive!

I used to live down Iver Lane and visited the Odeon cinema in the mid 60:s, early 70's. I was also a keen LT spotter. As a result of both I noted with interest the remaining trolleybus turn/pull in just across the road from the Odeon. Left the area in 72 so no idea if it's still there.
