As long as the WiFi is on in your caravan and the DBS3500 doesn't shut down, you can monitor it with the app. To ensure 3500 doesn't shut down automatically for energy-saving purposes (since some fridges consume little to no power when they cycle off), enable standby mode or set the AC Timeout to a longer duration in the app.

Hi, it is because the battery we use have more solid state materials and the electrolytes is not instantly leak like the regular LFP battery. Thus the semi-solid state battery temperature and voltage is more stable than the regular LFP battery, making it a much safer battery.

@@truyentruong9015 Hi the DBS2300 Plus has 800W solar input. The DBS3000B solar input is still the same 600W per port. So the total solar input of 1*DBS2300 Plus and 2*DBS3000B is 1*800W(DBS2300 Plus) + 4*600W(2*DBS3000B) = 3200W

Sorry for the confusion but when I said "DBS2300 plus the extra batteries" in my initial question, the word "plus" meant "in addition" and not "The DBS2300 PLUS". So to ask again, the video stated that the max solar input for the DBS2300 in addition to the extra batteries (DBS3000B) can reach 3000w, but what is the max wattage and voltage of solar input for JUST THE DBS2300? 600W correct?

@@truyentruong9015 Oh sorry about that. Are you from Europe? In Europe we don't have DBS2300 Plus and the DBS2300 solar input is 12-60V 25A 800W. In US and JP there is a difference between DBS2300 and the plus version. The DBS2300 solar input is 12-60V 12A 600W. The DBS2300 Plus is 12-60V 25A 800W.

Hi Harris, DBS2300, much like most of the 2000Wh power station, use a powerful inverter that can output up to 2200W AC power. We recommend using above 300W to get the most out of the capacity or, if possible, try using DC port for smaller appliances.

Thanks for taking interest! When DBS2300 and DBS3000B is connected, it will first discharge from the unit that has a higher battery voltage(higher power percentage). But as the inverter is on DBS2300 and the power is drawn from DBS2300 first. The main unit will first draw to 0% while the battery units still have a little power left. However if the battery units still have power and are connected to the main unit, all the function of the main unit would work normally and perfectly. For the AC charging: If DBS2300 and DBS3000B is connected, the main unit will share some AC charging power with the battery units. And the main unit will charge to 100% first.
