@@LeticiaRinge I started taking small action steps at first and it’s been building momentum and I feel very balanced between my DF & DM energies now. I’ve been in my DM energy more lately due to a timeline I have for my business but once things slow down, I’ll be happy to get back into lots of rest knowing all of these backend things are taken care of.

Great talk Leticia. Just what I needed to hear today! Love your mantra and will be using this as well for sticking with my project. I used to be such a perfectionist myself. However, I am getting better and better as I practice :) Just curious: Have you read "Mindset: Changing The Way You think To Fulfil Your Potential " by Carol Dweck? Yes! Me too, Lauren!! It's helped me so much. We expect so much from ourselves - but we only get to serve others when we create and share. Brooke Castillo has a statement that a B- can change people's lives, whereas striving for perfection usually results in nothing. Very inspiring!
