Satshriakal paji, your view about etf is true but main problem is not all the stocks perform well in long term. Tusi BB ( black berry ) , INTC ( intel ) dekhlo it reduces. Etf tuhanu security kinda security provide krda . My point is we should consider both . But first learn like expense ratio, tracking error .

High returns means high risk stocks are more risky than etf.if stock do not perform according to your expectations you will face losses because it can go to zero but in etf if one stock is not performing he gona out of index fund as well a from etf which is following the index.always look for consistent returns do not look for home run.future is uncertain.
