The King of Drums Adam Gomez! Hey Adam I'm a huge fan of the dickies, and I've been listening to them since a little bit of 2018 due to the killer klowns from outer space. Until then when I watch Jackass 3.5 Silent Night the dickies shows up, and I listened to that from watching jackass 3.5! I wish Jackass had more connection to the songs more like Curb Job! Anyways 2021 - Present The Dickies changed my life after listening to every song I listen to enjoy! I also know that your still the Drummer of The Dickies, and seeing them live is awesome. Hope we get more stuff coming soon since Leonard has a book that is coming! Anyways much love, and best wishes!

Omg I love it! I met that original drummer in LA when I live down the street from the Coconut teaser. He was the drummer in Celebrity Skin! Fuckin Don, he's funny af. I ended up being the bass players guitar tech once when they come to New Orleans. I fixed his solid state bass amp, but that dude makes me nervous. He's always trying to put his junk on me. Lol!!! Not Don, he's pretty nice. The bass player, I forget his name. I just called him The Tall One. He was always bragging about being "the guy who punched Darby Crash in the face." You can't make this stuff up! 😊

@@DrumThruDriveIn Back when I played drums, the easy stuff like this was...easy. I could do punk w/a fast beat but I could never come close to doing what you do.

@@BradWillis In my experience, when I was younger, I THOUGHT playing a song like this was easy because I could mimic it with ease, but once I went through some drum education at MI, I realized I could easily mimic something simple, but with no pocket and no authentic feel. Simply playing a lower tempo jam doesn't mean it sounds good, or feels good. There's a lot of mental digging and pruning in order to make a simple beat make listeners want to move, or feel something from it.

lol! Through the month of July, I walked and hit the dumb bells and pushups about 4 days a week. Then I tore something in my shoulder climbing out of an olympic pool. So, it's been zero since then. 😳
