What is a modification on bear kickbacks if you feel a bit of strain in 1 knee cap when in the bear starter position? (When femur drives down puts pressure on cap)
@tomcrease87935 ай бұрын
Filming yourself do simple works outs and trying to turn them into hype videos reeks of desperation for attention and validation from strangers you'll never meet. Additionally, working out barefoot in a public gym is disgusting. You live a very lonely life.

Good description in the notes. Reminds me of the Power 5 complex, which I would do in ascending weight ladder (using adjustable kb), also switching side every move, rather than all moves on one side then all on the other. So many permutations.

Ahh yea no worries tho. Double cleans can be very challenging to get down. Let me know if there are any other moves you’d want broken down tho. Would love to help where I can 🤙🏼

Genius. Thanks. I'd essentially given up on kettlebells overhead since I couldn't master the technique .....till now . Bob 🇬🇧

Thanks for the message! And yes I understand overhead can be challenging, especially since the world is riddled with shoulder issues. Myself included. Let me know if there’s another movement you’d like to see broken down too. Thanks Bob 🤙🏼

OK I was going to go lighter today. I did the 5 min bw warm up and 5 min single kb warm up. Then I stumbled on the little beauty and did it twice. 😂 For an active recovery day that was just going to be a little warm up and a walk... yeah I did a work out 😆 💪 🤙

OK AJ seriously, love this warmup. I do the same thing but with push-ups not squats. So I'm doing this today. But your using a 40, to warnup..... And is to light for you. Skipping all over the place 😆 How much do you swing for strength day. Seriously 💪
@docsfitness_nj2 жыл бұрын
Hey Darrel, first off I appreciate the kind words. This is a definitely one of those simple, fun, and effective warmups that hits on all cylinders. I also love your version of mixing the pushups in. In terms of warming up though I gravitate towards either the 35 or 40, especially if I'm going to be mixing in any ballistic movements. In terms of strength days I will go back and forth between the 32k and 48k. Depends on the rep scheme of course. Let me know how that warmup went and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. Thanks

Your hinging to early. Your elbows should reach your rib cage before you hinge...I think 🤔
