These actually work. Do them enough, and you'll feel how neglected your feet, ankles, and calves were all along.

So I can find a ton of videos online about all of these "raise your big toe by itself etc etc" but I can't find a single video that instructs me on HOW to get to this stage when I cannot presently raise my big toe all by itself without toes 2-5 coming along as well. Surely there are therapists who encounter people who can't move their toes independently. What do we do?

I think my little toe was disabled during my youth by squeezing my feet into whatever shoe was available. Is it possible to bring back independent movement to such an appendage?

Nice leg, foot, toes, and cute tattoo as well omg! Isn't it better to put your foot on something soft like a pillow instead of a flat piece of ground like your foot is so that you don't get bunions?
