Moin, Wie lange kann ich Diamant trennscheiben liegen lassen, die sind doch aus Eisen oder Stahl. Wenn Sie neu ist kann ich sie in 10 Jahren noch nutzen?

Hallo Paul, für Diamanttrennscheiben gibt es kein Haltbarkeitsdatum und solange die Scheibe nicht massiv verrostet sein sollte, kann sie weiterhin benutzt werden.

Gerne. Diamanttrennscheiben haben in der Regel eine Laufrichtung. Kunstharzgebundene Trennscheiben, wie im Video gezeigt, sind jedoch nicht laufrichtungsgebunden.

Can you tell me what exactly are diffirences in alpha, pro and top line?Probably alpha line is made of aluminium oxide, pro of sillicon carbides and top?

The product lines differ less in the grain material than in the grain quality, mix composition, bond hardness and bond matrix.

Nein, die XT66 ist speziell für Kunst- und Naturstein entwickelt worden, kann aber auch gut auf NE-Metallen, insbesondere Titan, eingesetzt werden.

Nous vous remercions de votre demande. Pour le travertin, nous recommandons des disques à tronçonner diamantés à bord fermé pour pierre naturelle. Par exemple le RHODIUS LD4 ou, si vous souhaitez un prix plus avantageux, le DG35.

Is it really useful? I'm guessing 33% less abrasive material considerably shortens the lifespan of such a sanding disc. Diminishing returns is what i keep coming back to when i think of a pricier (more than likely) disc, a third less abrasive material and so far, as it's advertized, the abrasive type isn't a featured spec. Quick change is AWESOME tho, since you probably will end up switchin discs 33% more often! Am i missing something?

I just want to know can I hold an acrylic lens in my hand ahd reshape it with a bench grinder made for steel? Will catch and crack> Or be controlollable? My idea is to get it somewhat close and then finish to the lines with sanding blocks. The sent me the oversized wrong shape lens covers whcih are themeselves cleasr acyrilic lenses ....they will work fine if I can just adjust their size/shape a bit....I think htye are to small and cupped to cut with a saw sinse they are ot flat how could I holdem with out damaging the calrity??

Because acrylic has very "lubricating" properties, we would not recommend this with a Bench Grinder for steel.

Cooles Video! 1 Tipp noch: nicht mit der Scheibe auf der Zentrallinie stehen. Falls die tatsächlich mal bricht, fliegt die nämlich genau da hin.
