You forgot this very important step: Make sure you reassure the person not invited that you genuinely appreciate them nonetheless. This is especially important if the person you're not inviting is on the autism spectrum, or has ADHD, or both.

If it's hard for grandparents to be involved in the rehearsal due to age and location how can you get them on the same page the day of?

A lot of people these days are utilizing wedding planners or day-of coordinators, some venues even have a day-of coordinator as part of the contract. These people can help wrangle and organize the order on the day. All you have to do is tell your parents/grandparents not to go straight to their seat and tell them where to congregate when they get to the venue. If they're unsure, parents might typically be at the rehearsal and can collect grandparents/show them where to wait, as could members of the wedding party who are not actively getting ready. Really once you get down to it, all they're doing is walking. They aren't official members of the wedding party, per-say, so they don't necessarily need to walk at a particular pace or anything (and some may not be physically able to alter their pace). They just need someone to show them where to wait and tell them when to start walking.

amazon sells mini jars...i just got some for a baby shower im doing theyre $45 for 72 jars..im here just to add the perfct touych to them..amazon also sells the little wooden honeycomb

I'm looking to see if I can put a vinyl decal (from my cricut) after paint the jar.... would the contact paper peel the paint off? and will the vinyl stick to the paint? mod podge top layer? any advice?

No bride or groom should have to be concerned with family drama. I would only want people there who can put aside differences. My advice is don't feel obligated to have family at your wedding who you know has issues or whom you have issues with. If they are not bringing positivity prior to your wedding, than don't gamble with them changing for the better on your Wedding Day. Who really wants to be stressed in this way.

Does the music not play when the grandparents and parents are walking down the aisle? Or can it, followed by the Officiant + Groom, and Bridal Party?

You can choose a particular song for your parents, or they can walk to the same tune as the bridal party. Have we answered your questions?
