None of these moves kill the user. Pretty much all of Heros moves have horrible drawbacks on top of requiring mana.

Inkling main here. Splattershot is actually not as fast as you might think. Startup is 12 frames, so it loses out to most tilts and aerials. You need to be at the right distance to do it, and at the distance that it's safe, it does no knockback, and so a good player can react with a projectile of their own, such as Wolf Laser. So it's genuinely not worth it in neutral in most matchups. There are better ways to ink anyway, namely Rapid Jab, which you can get off a whiff punish or as a combo finisher. Splattershot has uses though. It can be used to check certain burst options such as Falcon Kick as you showcased (even Spin Dash!). Another use is resets after a rising nair from uthrow as it can set up for an extension. It can also be used for edge guarding low vertical recoveries as well as reversals from ledge.

I disagree with Jab 3, it does have its uses. The universal benefit of doing gentleman jab is when you have almost to no ink. If you do rapid jab with no ink, you will have no hitbox, meaning your opponent has a free punish. The second benefit is against one specific character: Bowser. To me, I still think Inkling's worst move is down air. I don't mind slow spike moves, but they need to make up for is having somewhat big hitbox (such as ROB, Pyra, and Ganon). But Inkling's dair is so slow for how small her spike hitbox and a lot of times you will either miss or hit the sour spot. Fun (and sad) fact: K. Rool's dair is 2 frames faster than Inkling's.

One time a coworker and I ran up to it as soon as it spawned, we both put one bomb in each basket (none of that oh shit we put it in the same basket) so I'm like hell yeah. We stood there waiting for it to blow up.. the bombs literally did some sort of glitchy dance WHILE INSIDE of the basket, and just flew out. We both stood there for a sec in disbelief.

It has a lot of end lag so you get punished by anyone other than this falcon, it uses up a decent amount of ink, and it has a slight wind box instead of nock back.
