I'm fixing up an '88 Hurricane, and it didn't occur to me to search for original race footage until today. Modern reviews claim the steering is unresponsive and the brakes are garbage. What the heck did I just watch, then??? These guys were flicking into corners just fine.

Can’t tell you how many TZ 250’s I’ve watched race around brands hatch in the late 70’s. First with Mark Salle, Gary Lingham and Keith Huwen when they all started out in the 250’s class racing back in 78. Spent many a weekend with Mark, Sharon etc

The correct bikes of those times in the race.are the kawasaki gpx600 Honda CBR600 and the GSX600 Suzuki. As it was 1988 the FZR600 did not come out till 1989. Good racing with the great Murray Walker.
