not sure if youll see this but mine all of the sudden had the same error light, doesnt respond, and doesnt show up in xbox accessories. i did the update plugged directly into the console with 2 different controllers and it still wont work. do you know of anything else that will?

It stopped flashing during the update but right after it was done it was flashing again. Crap!
