Wow thats gone down hill since its orininal construction as the 'Star Bar' back in 1996, when i worked for the British Construction Company on the Island at that time who designed and built it for a guy in Scotland who wanted 'the best'! He got it, and the place looked amazing and was packed to the rafters every night of the week back then! Left in '97, came back in '02, but lived and worked on The Golf that time so never came near San Eugineo again
