I believe your philosophy isn’t 100% wrong. Some calling really does help with them really early in the morning but the big attraction for them is splashing and motion. Little calling is just the icing on top

Just picked up a couple for my ultra light, and one thing I've learned in my 37yrs alive and 35yrs fishing. If someone tells you worst lure because they haven't caught anything , go buy two of them. Most people don't have patience, most people don't know how to change retrieval. I typically fish 7days a week , by the "Average" fishers logic and opinions since I don't catch fish every day I should throw out all my lures. Good video
