Mad respect for coaching and having your own gym, but absolutely shameful for not even knowing Superlek name despite all his accolades and you teaching that technique he used to demolish Haggerty.
@Docinaplane3 ай бұрын
Nice! Consider doing a 6-12 elbow. It will split the guard and really do damage.
@justadreaminwater26283 ай бұрын
Haggerty went with more of a overhand than a cross though. Just similar to the punch he knocked out Nong-O, dipping his head to the side avoiding a counter. And Superlek timed it, trapped his lead arm, dipping his head to slip the cross and threw in the elbow. You forgot the dipping of the head part very important.

Great drill. Superlek actually trapped haggerty's lead hand which cleared the way for his rear elbow to come over the top

waiting for the counter elbow is such a great weapon for the 1-2. Superlek got his head off the line, slipped and bang

Thank you so much for this. In sparring I would throw my left hook in the traditional boxing sense, but against an experienced opponent, I would always get countered with a round kick to my hamstring. Will definitely try throwing my hooks this way instead 💪🏾

Alfred Khashakyan vs John de Jesus - another very tough fight to call - back and forth here - Khashakyan looks the more effectivepower, has all his wins by KO, but he is fighting a bigger man in the FW division with a massive 76 inches, that is a waybetter kicker, more well rounded, experienced guy - Khashakyan has being KOd way more and De Jesus seems to have a good chin and resistance - back and forth here,I donthave that much footage to analyse as well - I will be tentatively going with Khashakyan as De Jesus doesnt quite use his range to his advantage, but we will see - no bet My channel for complete breakdown and my consistent and transparent strategy - 341% profit in 2020 - all transparent and recorded, check it out

awesome fight.. Ricardo Ramos vs Bill Algeo - awesome fight, high level - both very tough, talented guys - Ramos is a little bit more flashy and crisp with his strikes, makes less mistakes, specially when moves forward - Ramos is also the better grappler here - ALgeo is a tough guy, tall, big, long, always comes ready and gives everything - good elusive style, good chin, great takedown def and tough to hold down - I think Ramos has a small edge as he is probably the one moving forward here, throwing more straight shots, is the better grappler, but Algeo will come ready, will have his moments himself - pick Ramos (dec), interested in prop bets My channel for complete breakdown and my consistent and transparent strategy - 341% profit in 2020, 440% in 2021 up until now - all transparent and recorded, check it out
