When you wander around Akasaka you can see that this a very sophistcated area. All these fancy Bars and Restaurants look interesting. And I think the Centurion meanwhile must have become a kind of landmark. I was surprised to find a big Harry Potter shop there, just magic. The video really gives an impression of the Akasaka glowing nights.
@ArukimushiКүн бұрын
Yes, recently Akasaka has seen a significant increase in foreign tourists, and there are more restaurants and hotels catering to them. The Harry Potter shop is also a popular tourist spot, and you can often see many people taking pictures even during weekday afternoons😊
Japanese traditional Festivals are amazing. What I think is cool is that also Foreigners are attending these Festivals. The owner of my favorite Sushi Restaurant had lived for 20 years in Japan and had also attended by carrying a shrine. I also liked the Live Jazz Session. An interesting and lively area of Tokyo !

As I was recording this video, I couldn't help but notice how, in recent years, there’s been a noticeable increase in the number of foreigners enjoying Japanese festivals alongside us. I think it’s truly wonderful!☺

I think you have been in Kamaishi before. I rembered the Plaza with the Miffy Cafe. Whern I saw the flooding mark on the building I thougt that we have the same in Europe. In cities by a river you can find these marks too on old buildings, they go back centuries. Two storeys is heavy.
@Arukimushi19 күн бұрын
I visit Kamaishi for work once or twice a year. The area around Kamaishi was one of the regions heavily affected by the tsunami on March 11, 2011, and the sight of many brand-new buildings ironically brings back painful memories.

Yeah, around Tokyo Station there a lot of passages. I remember another video on the way to Keiyo-Line. But I guess it's good when there are bad weather conditions.
@Arukimushi21 күн бұрын
Underground passageways are very convenient on hot, cold or rainy days, but it is easy to lose your sense of direction!😂

Definetely an interesting district. Never heard of Monja but looks yummy. This island exists in an amazing contrast between these lil historic alleys and the massive apartment blocks around. But these small alleys in my opinion give a good impression of the old Tokyo.
@Arukimushi25 күн бұрын
Monjayaki is a local dish from Tokyo👍 This area is what you might call the "downtown" part of the city, where the old, nostalgic charm of Tokyo is still vividly preserved☺
Definetely an interesting street. What amazed me was that they have backgroundmusic outiside along the street. Usually every shop has it`s own annoying sound. This is next level shopping !
@Arukimushi29 күн бұрын
I think that places with well-organized shopping district associations often have background music on the streets. I hadn't paid attention to this until you mentioned it, but it may be a sign of a strong shopping district!☺

What a nice and sophisticated area. Jiyugaoka belongs to the prominent western suburbs. What's about the mall "La Vita Jiyugaoka", was it prohibited to film ? It's a unique place in Tokyo, a lil Venice well copied. I think a desirable place to live.
@ArukimushiАй бұрын
Thanks for the comment!😊 La Vita Jiyugaoka had a “no commercial photography” policy, so I refrained from taking pictures just to be safe. It will be a long time before I can monetize my channel, though😂.

Cool to see Ikebukoro ist still lively and trendy. For me most fascinating is to see Sunshine60 Tower is towering over these lil backstreets. An icinoc tower which was the tallest one when was build. It was featured in several Manga and Anime. Difd you know the tower is haunted ? Obvioulsly you can have a great time in this area 😃
@ArukimushiАй бұрын
A ghost at Sunshine City?! That's the first I've heard of it! I've been familiar with Ikebukuro since I was a kid, and visiting again after such a long time brought back memories. It hasn’t changed much; it still has that same "Ikebukuro feel" I remember so well😊

Kanda is a central area in Tokyo. The entertainment area aroundthe station looks big and surely you can find there many interesting places. Over the bridge you already arrive to Akihabara. Interesting to find that every Tokyo district has different character and qualities.

When I visited this town during the day before, I thought it would surely be fun at night too, so I decided to make a video this time. Just as I expected, the place showed various sides, and on the way to Akihabara, I even discovered some hidden tourist spots. It was a great experience!☺👍
Walking instructions with Yoh 😅 Amazing that you really need 10 min to get there, definetely helpful. At this station I don't want to be the Facility manager.
@ArukimushiАй бұрын
Thank you Martin! In some areas, you can walk to the next station in just five minutes, while on lines like the Keiyo Line, it can take over 10 minutes just to transfer between platforms at the same station! Tokyo is strange place😅

A relaxing area and not so overcrowded than more popular areas. But also there some tourists found their way into Yakana. Really looks more Tokyo authentic than for example Shibuya. Nice walk 🙂👍

Thanks for watching! This area is popular with tourists from abroad, but it wasn't as crowded as I expected, possibly because many stores were closed on the day of filming. I'll check out the lively side of Yanaka on a future visit!😆👍
A cool walk through this area, these back alleys are always fascinating. And this Temple festival looks so fun and enjoyable. Especially the Taiko drums were impressive. Your texts are still great. I guess it has to do with your job.👌

Thank you for watching! I happened to get off at a station where there was a big festival going on, and I felt really lucky! As for the text, my teacher is actually helping me with it. His name is CHAT GPT😆👍
First of all your text is top. I guess walks like this would be my style of visiting. I like to stroll through side streets, just real life. By the way this big green on the left was the Yoyogi park. Together with neighbouring Meiji Jingo Gyoen the biggest green space in Shibuya. Definetely an interesting area.
