The narrator has a pretty voice.

Where is the instructions to unlock the handle. I tried twisting to the right and left cannot unlock it. Very frustrating.

Rant: Small farm far from town. Bought the sprayer before reading reviews (my fault) Would not stay on spray. Piece of junk!!! Tried to transfer the pesticide to another container with a funnel (nope). Then I grabbed one of my house sprayer and filled it up. My house hold sprayer worked but would take the rest of my life to spray with that. So I will have to drive all the way back into town to get a different brand. And, by the way, I called the "live chat." Not able to receive calls. Any suggestions for a sprayer that works? The instructions were so small I could barely read them. UGH oh yes and it didn't spray very good. Slight stream. I can pull weed myself faster than that piece of c!@# works.

Absolute junk. used once and the second use it wouldn't pressurize. Store said it needs repair kit. What it needs is better quality.

where is the insturction video to assemble all the parts? i bought one at lowes and returning it due to too many parts and no video

Fountainhead Group is one of the most honest and customer centric organizations I have ever dealt with! I had a backpack sprayer that was having one issue. I called for advise... instead they sent a replacement free of charge and no shipping or handling fees. Concerning another sprayer there was one head that was clogged and I couldn't clear. I called to purchase several heads to insure I was always ready when needed. Instead of purchasing, Fountainhead sent me 3ea of the sprayer head combinations free of charge. What a company!

This is, by far, the worst sprayer I have ever used. Incomplete instructions on insert in box. Bought 2 and intend to return both with a complaint. Ace Hardware has the best, no changing nozzles; with one twist you can spray, flow, whatever you want. Roundup sprayer is PURE junk and a waste of time an money.

Yes but how do you get it to actually spray?

I have the misfortune of purchasing this junk from Lowe's. The rubber piston sealing cap continuously comes off the plastic piston on the downward stroke, this leaks spray all over and requires a take-apart which only temporarily stays fixed.You can't add in quality and good design after the item has been produced.

Totally useless! I need clear instructions on how to set this up so it will work!

This is the backpack sprayer that sucks, have 2 and both are junk!
