Is there an induction cooktop that caters for 12.5” skillets?? My induction warps my very expensive pans and cooks food unevenly as the outside of the pans are colder due to too small cooking area (too small coils). I find this very frustrating, even though I love induction.

Induction cooker creates a terribly dangerous magnetic field. Due to the fact of drawing much less electricity its good to use it only in emergency cases when there is no power and you have for example a small generator only. Buying a induction stove is totally idiotic...

What brand of cookware works best with induction? Built a house and heard from a friend how much thy loved their induction cooktop, so i had to have one. Not sure i would do it again. Not sure if it is the cookware or cooktop. My cooktop does make a loud humming noise and often have a hard time keeping the burners on. I feel like the cookware has to be just in the right spot. NEVER BUY VIKING appliances! I purchased all Viking appliances for my kitchen about two years ago. The refrigerator, the dishwasher ,the stove and oven.It really sucks.The refrigerator got a crack at the bottom few months after purchase. And then the freezer broke down and the temperature was too high to freeze food at all! I spent a lot of money on repair for several times and it broke down again and again after each repair! The technicians are so familiar with Viking and they told me that they could not give any warranty because Viking refrigerator will definitely break down after repair within two months. I don’t have any refrigerator to use and I have to repair it again and again. Viking warranty is only 1 year and customers have to pay high fee for repair after that. That is worst quality I experienced with a refrigerator. The Viking dishwasher , stove and oven don’t work well either. Sometimes the dishwasher didn’t start to work when I pushed the start button. Sometimes when it finished working and you can find the dishes are still covered with detergents . The oven timer doesn’t work at all. I have to set up an alarm on my phone when I am baking something with the oven. I really wonder how such a bad quality appliances can survive in the market! I can’t imagine how many customers are suffering from such bad quality and service!

My letter to an attorney. I am writing to seek your legal assistance regarding an issue I am facing with my LG Direct Drive Washing Machine, model number WKE100HVA. I purchased the washing machine on March 28, 2022, for $2,149.99. As of, July 29, 2024 the machine has been displaying an error codes indicating cleaning and imbalance code. The cleaning code no longer displayed after purchasing LG ScaLGo as instructed and completed cleaning. The Error code for imbalance remains to show and my machine is in operable. When I contacted LG customer service on 08/25/2024, I was informed that this imbalance issue is not covered under their 10-year warranty, and that I am responsible for the repair costs. This information was surprising and disappointing, as I had expected such a malfunction to be covered under the warranty. Had I known about these specific exclusions, I would have purchased an extended warranty at the time of purchase. Moreover, I have found numerous reports online of other customers experiencing similar imbalance issues with this model, suggesting that it may be a widespread defect. It is concerning that despite this, LG has not issued a recall or taken responsibility for the malfunction. LG's authorized repair service is quoting $401.35 for the repair, whereas an independent appliance repair shop has quoted me less. Despite the lower repair cost, I am apprehensive that this issue will reoccur, given the number of complaints I have seen. I am extremely disappointed with LG's handling of this matter and the overall quality of their product. I purchased this washing machine with the expectation that it would last significantly longer than two years and four months. This situation has led me to lose confidence in LG products, and I will be considering alternative brands like Maytag and GE, with which I have had better experiences. I would like to explore my legal options to address this issue, as I believe LG should be held accountable for selling a product with a potential defect. I would think that the washer shaking the heating coils in the dryer would eventually caused them to break.

I would like to use my COMBI steam oven to cook Portuguese bread ( a 76% hydration bread) which is so easy to make in the Thermomix. The recipe says to bake it at.250 C for half hour but even at 230 C it seems to burn in my Miele oven. I have tried using moisture plus and would like to try the COMBI steam oven. I would really appreciate your advice and instructions. Both my ovens have a probe Miele XXL .

I purchased the Samsung stackable washer and dryer in the year 2019. I was having knee surgery and wanted the machines installed for convenience. My current washer and dryer was in the basement, I AM A ONE PERSON HOUSEHOLD!!!! ITS JUST ME HERE DOING 3 LOADS OF LAUNDRY PER WEEK. A dark, a white load and one set of sheets and towels. With that said, the main circuit board failed in the washer machine after two years. Had that fixed. Now this month August 2024, the dryer barrel will not turn and it just makes a humming noise. So I am clear, DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG JUNK. not only that, they take a very long time to set up repair appointment. Look no further, buy another brand like LG or Maytag.
