@MasterofNone36525 күн бұрын
That's actually Mosko's video. It's pretty cool! I was considering their bag system but discovered a more budget friendly set from Rhinowalk. A bunch of other people from a CRF300L group on Facebook had a lot of good things to say about and I ended up getting the 78L set. We plan on doing a shake-down trip sometime in January/February so there will definitely be a video on that setup fully loaded out and we'll see if it'll be the final for our big trip in March. Hope you'll stick around for future videos. I have links below to the exact bag setup I have if you wanted to check them out. Thanks for watching! Saddle Bags amzn.to/4gDmkdF Top Bag amzn.to/49GNk9W

Do you have any adhesion issues with tac and that helical?
@MasterofNone365Ай бұрын
Luckily, I've never had any issues. My 3 other buddies that I've taught haven't had any issues either. We all shoot TAC vanes and have all tried the E-Z Fletch and Bitz jig. It works great as long as you use the primer pen and put on a nice bead of glue. My mistake in the beginning was putting on too much and it was sloppy. I can eyeball it now but when I build arrows, I don't have much being squeezed out to the sides. Thanks for watching!

I don't know the exact weight but the shop told me they think it's somewhere around 225-250lbs with my custom build. The more features you add to the shell, the heavier it is. I basically got everything I could on it minus the LED light strips on the inside. Thanks for watching!

Hey brother I'm really interested in the SnugTop Hi-liner. Now that you've had it for a year what are your opinions on it so far? Also you should do a walk around vid of your set up. I don't think there is any videos of the Hi-liner on a 5ft bed 3rd gen Tacoma. I have the the same truck in Cement Gray.
@MasterofNone365Ай бұрын
Hey bud. I absolutely love it. It's definitely been good to me and I take advantage of the space all the time. I sleep in it on hunts if I'm solo and if I'm not sleeping in it, I use it to carry more gear. I built a wooden platform in it not long after getting it installed and it's been awesome. It's a lot of money but worth the investment. If I had to build another truck, I'd definitely get another Hi-Liner. A walk around video is a great idea. I'll put that on the list. Thanks for the suggestion and thanks for watching.

@@welldann42 that’s a question that Deaver would have a better answer. Hows that 80lb feel
@MasterofNone3653 ай бұрын
It's a little stiffer at the beginning of the draw than my RX7 but it's a little more linear on the cycle. It has a little more of a "drop" into the back wall instead of a hard dump resulting in a smoother feeling draw cycle. With that said, being use to an 80lb draw, the 70lb feels super easy.
@joshuaguy27153 ай бұрын
@MasterofNone365 thank you do you prefer it over 70lb? About to bit a new bow and have really been looking at 80lb draw weight. Great video btw.
@MasterofNone3653 ай бұрын
@@joshuaguy2715 I personally prefer 80lbs. I really like the speed I get out of it. I'm shooting a 477 grain arrow and they're flying at 301fps at 28.75" draw length. My pin gaps are tight, which I like. The first bow I had with 80lb limbs was the RX7 and I started out at 75lbs, then worked my way up to 80lb. I think it all depends on if you shoot a lot and strong you are. If you can pull back 70lbs fairly easily and can shoot 100 arrows per session, it wouldn't be that hard to get an 80lb bow and work your way up to it. Unless you're an abnormally strong dude, the 80lb might be harder if you aren't shooting that often. I shoot about 30-50 arrows per session now and still feel pretty good at the end of the session. I just got 70lb limbs for the RX7 so I'll probably shoot that during the off season more than the 80lb to get in reps and not put as much stress on my joints and shoulders. That'll also be my turkey and whitetail bow and I'll use the 80lb for muleys and elk.

Best Review I've seen yet. I like the Tidewe blind. I just wish it was a little taller. I find that adding sight light I can see my pins better in ground blinds. I do like that you can adjust the top and bottom windows up and down to your perfect liking. The Rhino 180 see through blind, I think you can only slide one side down. Not sure how big of an issue this is, but I like the window configuration on the Tidewe
