Almost at 39 weeks and being induced. This is my second baby. I’m so scared of this induction. But seeing you go through it and then deliver your baby girl has made me see past the fear.

I had this done to me during my induction.. im convinced this is 10x more painful then a natural labor and birth and from what I read, many others agree. I had spent a few hours already in extreme pain and had advanced to 3cm. but the pain was so painful it made my blood pressure skyrocket, they needed to deflate them, give me the epidural and later place them back in 🙃 I had already spent a few hours that way but the nurse scared me into thinking it would get way way worse so I gave into getting the epidural ☹️🥺 i genuinely don’t believe it could’ve gotten worse… Had I known this was the worst it could get and my BP could hang on, I would’ve gone without the epidural 🫤

I totally relate to this because I’m 80 percent paleo , sometimes I cheat! And I try to get right back on the next day my goal is to be strict paleo so I feel the benefits and go into a whole 30 if needed .
