I've been testing this on my www.youtube.com/@laundrymonsters project and the flickering and sudden change in lighting is a frequent issue - but otherwise it is a great effect for extending heavily composited 3D rendered scenes with lighting and optical effects... Since this flickering/change in lighting is a common symptom hopefully this will be easy to fix in future updates...

Thanks for testing out generative extend and sharing some feedback! We'll make sure it gets to the right people. Let us know if there's anything else we can do. ^CS

Why aren't we getting AI Rotoscoping and proper tracking on Premiere Pro? It sucks. Da Vinci has it, so does Final Cut Pro. Tracking on PP is absolutely one of the worst things I've ever done. It struggles to track a SQUARE on screen...can you believe? I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong here but I think PP needs the Rotobrush tool too. Having to pay hundreds to use AE too when I simply want to track something briefly just....sucks

Magnetic mask in Final Cut is perfect! Automatic and face masks in Davinci are amazing! And these trackings in Pr and Ae are terrible and outdated! ☝🏻 Please, Adobe, look at the last update Davinci Resolve 19.1! There are a lot of wow features in there (new effects, new titles, new possibilities for video creation), but you do nothing to improve your products. Ai Ai Ai Ai… 👎🏻 Enough! This is not that we want! I don’t need Ai cut video…. I want a good working warp stubilizer without f… nests! I want new effects and presents! I want a built-in noise reduction effect like in Davinci! I want to have a good user experience working with key frames, but now it’s horrible! I want to synchronise all videos on timeline by 1 button!! Why should I use pruraleyes 2020 for it???? My waiting list of improving Ae and Pr is too long! I don’t know.. All I see in “new” updates is too terrible. P.S. You need to integrate Ai in tracking, for example.

Those who actually use the program knows the mask tracking in Pr simply just doesn’t work. You press the button and nothing happens. It just won’t track, period. It’s been like this for years bro. Come on.

would it be possible to connect 2 clips via generating the missing in between??
@AdobeVideo2 күн бұрын
Hi, thanks for your interest! Using Generative Extend in Premiere Pro to Bridge Clips is possible. To use Generative Extend in Premiere Pro to bridge two clips, follow these steps: 1. Select the Clip: Identify the clip in your sequence that you want to extend. 2. Open Generative Extend Tool: Select the Generative Extend Tool from the Toolbar. 3. Extend the Clip: Click and drag the edge of the video or audio clip to the desired length. You can extend video clips by up to 2 seconds and audio clips by up to 10 seconds. 4. AI-Generated Frames: The tool will create additional frames and insert them into your sequence. If you are not satisfied with the initial extension, right-click on the AI-generated label and select Regenerate for a new variation. 5. Manage Generated Media: The generated media will be saved in a folder called Generated Media within your project directory. You can change this location in the Preferences menu under Scratch Disks if needed. 6. Final Adjustments: After extending, you can trim out the AI-generated parts directly in your main sequence or open the nested sequence to delete the generated part from the clip. This feature allows you to create smoother transitions between clips by seamlessly adding frames to hold on to a moment or cover a transition effectively. Hope this helps! ^EG

I have never used pp, I have to edit a part of the video out. Found this , but it is totally useless. Half the video is jokes, does not show anything, does not show step by step for novice, ALWAYS ALWAY ALWAYS start from the start, open pp and show exactly what you did. Thanks
