Funny enough Quite alot of asians dye their hair blonde, brown or red. I guess it is one of those grass is greener on another side of thing where they want change things about themselves

The last one is easy, just use units good against bosses. Use balistas, deadeyes or cannons in the back, then put some distractions to waste their time so they can't reach your ranged units in time
