Hey, I am a junior rower ( 2nd year) and I haven't really had a coach as our crew was coached by uni students all of last season. My double and pair partner and I really nervous about racing and doing well in racing. Our goal is to get to Maadi cup this season and I was wonder if you had any tips on how to be more confident in boats, racing, motivation or just rowing in general. What is the little plastic box that all the kiwi's seem to have on the back of their boat?!!! This has been killing me since I saw it on the kiwi pair at the bosbaan last week!
