Hi. Couple questions if you don't mind. 1. How did you support the roof up in order to access and take off the side panel? 2. What holds the side panel to the roof to lift, is it the staples? In other words, what is the critical part that connects the side wall to the roof? Thanks.

How did you you remove the canvas from the inside ? After you were able to get in up and level

There was screws all around the top in the inside I didn’t put the roof all the way up for the removal.

How did you get the front and back boards out? I think they glued my boards to the roof metal. I've got a Rockwood pop-up also and I'm replacing all the side boards on the camper roof. Thanks for the video!

I’m not sure I only changed the side on mine but I do believe they glued the front and backs on

1/12 I believe I had to use two and join them in the middle traced it with the outer skin Sorry it took so long to reply if you have or already done this project I hope all is good. I believe it was 1/12 it was the same thickness of the chip bard that was on it

you need to get a UV resistant sealant, the one you choose may not last in the environment. you are better off using hard film corrosion preventative compound on the hardware.

I tried that black spray on flex seal on a pair if stocking foot waders that got snagged along a creek. It did not cure dry and remained sticky.

Well the over all outcome was ok it lasted one camping season. Definitely not a long term fix but it worked in a pinch

It held up good I recently re did the side boards on it some damage from the previous owners I found after I made the video I did some video’s if your interested but the reseal held up good. Myself I plan on reseal probably every year It’s low cost and peace of mind. Thank you for commenting and happy camping.
