Well the Legend certainly paid back a few years back I was on another boat n it was in the evening a big storm hit n it broke off a part of the Legend n took in water . Other boats n Coast Guard came to take the passengers to safety n towed the boat in. The good Lord works in mysterious ways. 🙏🙏🙏 Thank God everyone is safe. We were told of this incident on the return of the trip to SD. ❤

Bishop Rock has been gone for decades, there is nothing to hit but the Abalonia and it is too deep.

I remember seeing bishop rock in the 60es had platform and a light on it . Think it's about 3 foot under water on low tide

@@georgewilliams7078 I've spent 43 nights out there in my skiff since '93, it's my favorite destination! The USS Enterprise hit Bishop Rock in '85 and the Navy removed the hazard.

@@loveofsea1 thank-you for the up date about navy removing it. Now that you brought it up think I remember that. Hell old age setting in CRS spent 30 years harpooning swordfish from 1973 till 2000 something

What a coincidence - an old boat well past useful age hits something big underwater that no other boats see or hit, and just happens to be very close to another boat from the same dock, as well as several other boats, all while 100 miles offshore.
