Hello, Could you please tell me how to login with a domain user? When a Lexmark CX725 scanner try to scan to our windows file server, I can see event in the security log of server: Error code 0xC0000064 means the user name does not exist likely cause is that the login attempt is not passing the domain name so it thinks the login name is a local account when it should be a domain account.

On the left side of the device, underneath the scanner assembly, make sure the scanner lock is in the unlocked position. Turn the device off, then on. If the message reappears, record the message and contact support. This problem affects scanning, but some printing functions might still be available. OK 30.01.08 - Scanner failure

Adding this solution I had the issue with an HP LJ 600 M602. Some jobs would print fine from paper tray (2), others would want to use manual feed tray (1). The solution was the tray paper type setting/definition. I had to change Tray 2 to be Any (Tray 1 was already Any). This fixed the issue.

This video was still helpful even though I don't have a "digital sending" tab BUT I do have a SCAN tab and on the left column after clicking the SCAN tab there is an "Outgoing E-mail Profiles" link where you can click the EDIT link and make the required changes. Мой принтер - HP LaserJet m236dw. У меня проблема была не в задании на печать, а в битой прошивке от HP, автоматически загрузившейся вместе с программой HP Smart. Загрузка в принтер последней, исправленной прошивки (микропрограммы) конечно решила бы проблему ошибки 49. Однако у меня не было возможности это сделать поскольку принтер после включения секунд 5-7 загружался и сразу выдавал эту ошибку (оранжевая лампочка). А в этом состоянии обновлять принтер бесполезно - он не видится ни по сети ни через USB. Нашёл оригинальное решение этой проблемы, возможно кому-то пригодится. Подключаем принтер к компьютеру по USB и включаем его. Сразу зажимаем кнопку подключения к Wi-Fi по WPS. Включённого WPS принтер не находит и зависает в этом состоянии поиска WPS (фиолетовая лампочка), не доходя до ошибки 49. Поскольку ошибки 49 нет - принтер виден для компьютера. Можно запустить установку свежей корректной прошивки с сайта hp.com. Когда она благополучно зальётся - принтер сам перезагрузится и все ошибки пропадут. Удачи вам! :)
