Thanks Johnny for sharing your insights. I found your examples from various companies particularly useful and inspiring. I hope to see more companies in the future taking a similar approach.

Beautifully put. A simple analogy for understanding how we become so accustomed to the ease of "normalcy" that we can no longer identify it, as seen in the comments below.

When I’m a bit older (currently a minor still), I want to start a business, a cat cafe, that’s also a safe space for neurodivergents to work and relax. There aren’t enough businesses like this.

Employee branding and communications about the profile & purpose of the organization is extremely important for new and even existing employees. Money is not the only factor deciding the status of relationship between an employer & employee.

Great presentation. Internal mobility is often overlooked by both the employee and the employer. Sure, there are challenges, but even very small steps can help with with the application stigma. My company stresses that this it is good for business and not only that but HR has goals to increase internal mobility. There are also steps to increase communication and plan out a smooth transition, which almost never happens 100% with voluntary quitting. Also stress that the employee should be mindful of the situation on both extremes depending on the need. Also great to see the power of 7 harnessed here.

It's not invisible, and it is normal. Literally, by definition, it is normal to be right-handed because 85-90% of people are right-handed in the western world alone. The only way it would be a problem is if society denied accommodations for left-handed people, but that is not the case. Left-handed options exist for many things. Learning to use the non-dominant hand is a skill which can be developed, and not all behaviors are best suited for left or right-handedness such as cursive writing.

I was looking at jobs that are most likely to be murdered. Surprisingly hiring manager was not one of them. Nothing to do with the video. Just found it surprising. I mean these people reject people from jobs that could cause people to become homeless and foodless, yet no one has gotten angry enough to kill them. Instead some some poor gas station attendant is most likely to be killed.
