It was a limited time livery you could unlock by completing a mission when it first dropped. Rockstar added the Hermes to Simeon’s Autos with that livery a few months ago, but there's no way to get it now unless you buy it from someone who owns it.

Just my opinion but I always considered the Progen itali GTB a Grotti (Ferrari), just thought id mention as you included the PR4 with the Ferrari livery. Great video though, love the research you've done in this and other videos like it, thank you.

Looks like Rockstar’s cutting back on the number of cars they pull inspiration from. They used to mix elements from a bunch of different cars, but now they’re sticking to just one or two for each design. Maybe they’ve found a better way to get away with it now.
